I can't say enough about our stay at 42 Byron. It's such fabulous accommodation in one of the best pockets of Byron Bay. The house itself is stunning - the polished concrete floors, beautiful joinery and modern pops of colour are irresistible. It is cleverly designed for family or a group of friends - there is a great living space to accommodate a large group, but equally there are lots of small break-out spaces for when you need a quiet escape. The media/yoga room downstairs is a great addition that we used a lot. The ktichen is amazing to cook up your finds from the local markets, it's so well equipped and has more than you'll likely ever need. The beds are supremely comfortable, we slept so well! It's walking distance to the main shops/ cafes for adults, if you have young children I'd recommend hiring bikes. I can highly recommend 42 Byron - we would go back tomorrow if we could.

We had a great stay at 42Byron. The house is beautifully designed, super modern and really spacious (we had a group of 8). The wide open living room and outdoor deck areas were perfect for our bigger group. It's an easy walk in to the centre of Byron Bay as well as to either Main Beach or Tallows. There is a great Café (Top Shop) 2min walk away which is a must for great coffee and breakfast. Luxico were great to deal with and I would definitely stay here again.

The house is absolutely amazing, we had 10 of us stay over a long weekend, the host was very friendly, met us at the property to explain everything & was very helpful throughout our stay. The location was great, walking distance to main town & beach. Very happy & would definitely recommend others to stay here :)
